What Is Animal Crossing New Leaf?

Animal Crossing: New Leaf is a life simulation video game for the Nintendo 3DS console and the fourth main title in Nintendo's Animal Crossing series, where the play characters lives in a rural village populated with anthropomorphic animals. In this installment, the player takes control of the mayor instead of a normal villager. The game was first released on November 8, 2012, in Japan and was later released in North America, Europe and Australia in June 2013. The game has received very positive reviews, gaining aggregate scores of 88 and 87.30%, so far making it the highest rated game in the Animal Crossing series.
